Style Fashion.....

So Ricky and I spent a very interesting morning yesterday. Leah McFall usually known for her lovely voice asked us if we would like to help her with her portfolio. Her theme was "Exceedingly Irish"....
We didn't really know what we were letting ourselves in for but sure why not? Experimentation is the best thing for photographers, its how we learn. We didn't really know what to expect and the boys didn't either. Leah has a quirky style and is very creative. (cue leah)
So after very little discussion the boys didn't want to leave the back garden in their new outfits so we used an alley which really worked as the red brick complimented their outfits. The boys did really well with a bit of direction from me. I find I can be quite bossy... but to be honest it just helps produce better shots.
We then managed to gain the boys confidence and we ventured up to "Shaws Bridge" for the second round and Ricky and I immediately spotted underneath the bridge as the best place for the next round. The bridge has like awesome texture so it worked really well as a backdrop. Lots of people walking past wondering what the heck was going on as boys wearing pearls and dickey bows didn't seem to strut their stuff down the river path very often....

Anyways... after a couple of hours this is what we came up with.. We are pretty happy with how the photos came out...
